S.O.S Streetwear offers select retailers the opportunity to distribute S.O.S products in approved storefronts and online retail channels. We partner with retailers that align with our brand values, presentation standards, and commitment to originality and authenticity.

Our distribution program is designed for retailers looking to offer bold, conversation-starting apparel that stands out and connects with customers who value independent thinking. All distribution partnerships are reviewed and approved by S.O.S Streetwear prior to onboarding.

Approved retailers may be eligible to carry curated selections of S.O.S Streetwear products, limited releases, or exclusive items based on availability and agreement terms. Submission of interest does not guarantee approval.

To be considered for distribution, retailers must operate a legitimate retail storefront and or established online store, maintain professional brand presentation standards, and agree to follow S.O.S Streetwear pricing, branding, and usage guidelines. Retailers must represent the S.O.S brand accurately and respectfully at all times.

Retailers interested in distributing S.O.S Streetwear should contact us with their store name and location, website and social media links, and a brief overview of their business and customer base. All inquiries are reviewed individually.

Legal Trademark and Brand Protection Notice

S.O.S, SOS, SOS Streetwear, Stuck On Stupid, and all associated names, logos, designs, slogans, artwork, and intellectual property are the exclusive property of S.O.S Streetwear and are protected under applicable trademark and copyright laws.

No retailer, distributor, or third party is granted any ownership, license, or usage rights to S.O.S Streetwear intellectual property without explicit written authorization through a signed distribution agreement. Approved distributors may only use S.OS Streetwear branding, product images, and marketing materials as outlined in their .agreement.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, modification, resale outside approved channels, or misrepresentation of the S.O.S Streetwear brand is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of distribution rights and potential legal action. S.O.S Streetwear reserves the right to approve, deny, suspend, or terminate any distribution relationship at its sole discretion in order to protect the integrity of the brand.
